3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: (a) the service was not delivered as agreed or described; (b) the appointment was canceled by Galaxy Nails due to unforeseen circumstances; (c) a billing error resulted in an overcharge or duplicate payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases: services that have been fully performed and accepted; cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice; no-shows without prior communication; custom materials ordered specifically for your project.
